Google's developer version of Chrome has made a significant change.
In the URL the traditional first step,"http://" has been done away with.I think this is interesting, because most of the people who use the browser, don't even know what that means. All they know is that it exists and needs to be typed.
Since computing has been about abstracting away complexity for a while now, it appears to be a right step.

net gains for Apple as it sells 3,00,000 iPads on first day but, users complain it doesn't work
Apple sold more than 3,00,000 iPads on the tablet computer's first day in stores, the company said yesterday, but reports claimed that some users had problems connecting to wi-fi networks.
New owners posted comments on Apple forums saying that their iPad had little or no wi-fi signal, where other devices worked fine.
Till this morning, 10:55 hrs BST, experts have speculated that the problem could be a weak wi-fi antenna, located behind the device's logo.
